Flood Water, the third time in seven weeks. Twice in a week

YEP, AND AGAIN...  Third time in seven weeks. Twice this week..

They have decided, enough is enough, they are doing away with the car and going to build an ark.
At least they rescued my toy box, new bed and puff puffin first this time.

They even rescued my dad's new chair.. ER, CAT'S ON THE NEW CHAIR !

Flood water again..... water watch.

For the second time this year, water has surrounded Soggibottom Cottage. Just as we were about to put things back from when it happened six weeks and four days ago.

This time it arrived at 8 a.m. and not 4 a.m. Lots of effort went into keeping all the nasty dirty water out.

This is where the water all comes from. This should be a path along side a children's play park (no dogs allowed on the other side of the picket fence). Beyond that there is the park where I go every morning.
Not this morning......

This time, we kept most of the water out, we are on flood watch again over the next few days. So much more rain is expected.
I'm on watch both sides of the cottage, the front,

and my cat flap Cavalier door.

Frankie de tabby is fine after coming in a bit wet and bedraggled. He's well enough to have found my new dog bed again, now that it has been moved upstairs...

It's only stuff !

Some of my stuffs stuff is back.. how did that happen ?

Must have been the walk along the beach.

Or the walk along the river.....

All I know is, what ever happens, the sun comes out and then set's again in the West ...

It's been one of those busy day's...... AGAIN....

Frank went one way.

I went the other.

I might have to ask Santa for a pair of sunglasses.

Someone might have over done it with Scrumptious Plum.

It's true, we have been leading a very funny life over the last few weeks.

Here is the park that I go to every morning.

It's still a bit wet.

Things inside the cottage have yet to come together.. ASK FRANKIE DE TABBY !

Frankie de tabby isn't a very good role model because he really does make sure he picks the best spots to keep warm.

As for me, I have been out and about ...

This one is a bit blurred, but that's me alright.. I had a good time helping put things back together at Soggibottom cottage. I GOT ONTO THE FURNITURE AND NO ONE SAID A THING !

We have been out and about and taking in every view that November gives us.. when it' not raining.

Santa paws is coming and I know it.. ..

Meeting and Greeting quality paws

I don't just meet other dogs on the beach yer know... oh, no.. I meet quality paws.

In this case two of them.

I would like it to be noted, although it appears that I spend most of my beach hours with my nose down in the sand.....

I do take notice of anyone that comes along. Especially if they put their nose down where I am digging.

Or it seems they have a better technique at digging than I do.
