Training for the dog Olympic's with the wind in your ears

Another training day down at the beach.

I normally do a few run ups to the jump first, it helps to be in the right frame of mind.

I never try and let my mind wander as that makes me lose my concentration.

Silas isn't a contender, he was passing by and stopped to watch.

Another good tip, I really look after my ears as they help give me some lift. It's going to pay off  with the bigger jumps.

Even keeping claws in trim helps as they get a good grip on the beach.

I don't just laze around on the beach digging holes you know.... (She does)

This was a serious jump as it was higher.

I can even clear it with a stone in my mouth. I wonder how many sharp athletes can do that.
