Tips for paws in the sun

De Ark and I always have fun on the beach.

Lots of splashing to keep cool.

When temperatures start to rise there isn't much shade. 

That's why now is the time of year we head inland and take to shady woodland and river walks. 

No one gets over heated and there is always plenty to see as well as keeping cool.

There also more squirrels in the woods than you will every find on the beach.

Ice cream, mole digging, beach party

I've had an ICE CREAM eating,

mole digging,

cliff walking, 

beach party day. 

It's true and Freya Rose Blossom even shared her ice cream. 
Every day is a special day.

It's my birFday in September, just thought I would let everyone know in advance.

Freya Rose Blossom's BirFday.

You may or yous may not nose but it is my birFday on Sunday. 

I kind of grew into my Cavalier good looks over six years.

I always look my best when I have been in muddy puddles.

Mum said, Dad would be so very proud of me if he were here.
I won't mention squirrel and cat chasing, digging, singing, muddy puddle jumping chocolate stealing a while ago (I RECOVERED), falling in the lake after ducks.  Rock jumping and cliff climbing on the beach after pesky seagulls. I won't add Pigeon pestering either.  

Definitely best not to mention any of that. 

I also do my fair share of pest sitting pup sitting. 

Big surprise when nice Mr Postman knocked on the door this morning and brought me gifties from Coffee luving Princess Leah, Auntie Julie and Uncle Mike. 

Bless Leah's Princess paws, she has even sent cake.
