Time for high vis around the water relief channel.

Thunder storms all night and rain all day, it's time for the high viz jacket my mum made for me.
It keeps me dry and I can be seen.

Especially when I'm snooping around near the new water relief channel.
It's not quite finished yet, but at least it works.

Birthday cake on the beach.

We've been out and about again.

Why do they do that ?

They know they are at the beach, I know we are at the beach.
Open the door and let me out ! 

This beach walk wasn't just any beach walk, it was my dad's birthday, we had birthday cake and candles on the beach.

I never ate the candles, only a sliver of birthday cake.

On such a day, it seemed only right to dig a few holes to add to the festive occasion.

I thought it best to help out with the ice cream, just in case it melted before it could be eaten.
Could happen....... not often....

Pawsome paw trait.

We were out and about visiting Mr Chops and Stella this week.

We had given them a pumpkin from our garden.

I'm not sure what a dog is supposed to do with a pumpkin.

I do know what to do with my paw trait though.
We picked it up from Caroline's house on the way home. It has a special place on the cottage wall.

Along with some of the other beloved Soggibottom paws.

Puff the one legged puffin.

My Puffy Puffin had a slight accident. Someone has chewed his leg off.

He's now got no wings and one leg.

Good job he can be fixed.

Almost as good as new.

Frankie de tabby - Chairs are not made for dogs.

Everyone knows chairs are made for cats. They are not made for dogs.

If dogs were meant to be on chairs, chairs would be low down to the ground.

Have loads of covers and stuff on them because of dog paws. Cat's don't jump in muddy puddles or streams as a rule, yes sirree chairs are only made for cats and Frankie de tabby.

Chairs might have been made for dogs.

We all know dogs and cats can live together and be very happy with each others company.

Unless the dog is found in the cat's chair.
